3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information as required for the successful completion of their projects. Any delays or failures due to the provision of incomplete or inaccurate information by the client are not the responsibility of ahmedouchene.

4. Payments and Fees

All services are subject to fees as outlined in individual contracts or proposals. Payments must be made in full prior to the delivery of the final product unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees, and ahmedouchene reserves the right to halt work or suspend services if payment is not received as agreed.

5. Revisions and Changes

Any revisions or changes requested after the initial project scope has been agreed upon must be submitted in writing. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature and scope of the changes.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon completion and full payment of the project, the intellectual property rights to the delivered work will be transferred to the client. ahmedouchene retains the right to use project work in portfolios and marketing materials unless explicitly restricted by the client.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation remains in effect after the project is completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

ahmedouchene shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for any work completed up until the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Algiers, Algeria.

11. Changes to Terms

ahmedouchene reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms periodically.
